Return Policy
General Retail:
In relation to policies from our product vendors, all sales are primarily considered final. A free refund will be provided should an item not be shipped after 14 days from order. By written request, returns or exchanges will mainly be considered due to shipping negligence. Ordering an incorrect size, fit, color, application, caliber, etc does not qualify for a free return. Through written request, we can quote shipping and/or restock fee that may be required for swapping of the item. Should an incorrect item arrive, please contact us for further direction. ALL return requests, questions, and reporting of shipping negligence/damage are subject to 15 day return policy, beginning on date of original purchase.
Firearms: Avery Peak Outdoors does not accept returns of firearms. All sales are final. If damaged in by shipping, your firearm dealer can contact us for instructions and further return procedure.
Firearms will NOT be shipped directly to purchaser. Federal Law requires that it will be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed dealer located within or near your zip code. Firearms will only be shipped within the USA. The dealer will contact you once your firearm has arrived which the purchaser must arrive in person to the FFL dealer complete the required background check. The dealer may charge the purchaser a small fee to process the sale and is the customers responsibility to follow the policy of the local FFL dealer in which your firearm was shipped to. In addition, the purchaser must follow the State and Local laws in which they purchaser resides. Should a firearm be purchased that is not permitted within the purchasers area, no refund will be provided. It is the purchasers SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to research and follow any local, state and federal laws PRIOR to purchasing a firearm of any kind from Avery Peak Outdoors.
It is illegal for a convicted felon to purchase a firearm. Returns will NOT be given should your background check fail.
Ammunition: All sales are final.
